Your favorite beer
Well, since many of the regulars are at the Rally, we can start our beer party if anyone is around. Question of the day....what is your favorite beer? (or beers)Mine is Grolsch. For others is might be a special microbrew, etc.If you don't like beer, what's your favorite mixed drink or wine?Just started drinking mojitos lately....pretty good.

Other than that I'm not picky. (Although I rarely even drink beer anyway)

I'm not a big beer drinker either, Chris. In fact, I'm not a big drinker period, hehe. I probably drink a beer or a mixed drink once a month, but when I do, it's delish.

Wow, Is this what we are reduced to while everyone plays at the rally?!? Ahh, beer. I don't drink it like i used to, but when i do, i prefer a Guinness. mixed drinks, i go for the old standard. Gin and Tonic or Jack and Coke.on any given drinking night, which is about 3 times a year. it's one of those 3. Never any kind of combination.pick a poison and go with it, the next morning is not so bad if you stick with just one type.I do like the mojito's though...

There something about a pabst blue ribbon, ice cold on tap with a cheesteak hoagie at 2:30 on a sunny fall day after trying to get the morning bite on stripped bass...... other than that.... beer is too fattening so I stick to whiskey.... or rum..... my favorite whiskey is Phillips Union..... and rum..... I guess the 8 year old barbancort is the best..... the one thing I would really like to try is an authentic absinthe ..... kick back with that and a sort joint ..... write a new classic rock song......ArkJack

I figure we gotta keep our spirits up you know. While the others are meeting with movers and shakers, we are partyin' the best way we know how. Hmmm, Dusty, I like Gin & Tonics too....but I prefer Vodka & Tonics a little more. I love Jackie D. too. I once visited the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, TN. Usually, I don't pick too much poison. I'm sort of a one drink woman, but if I feel more like celebrating, then I'll have two.Hey, AJ....while not a fan of Pabst (each to his own), you got me on the cheesesteak hoagies. Of course, we can only find them frozen, in cardbord boxes in Birmingham. However, we make the best fried green tomatoes. Never tried any Phillips Union whiskey.....maybe I should. Hope the fish are still biting.

It's funny the only other person I ever heard using the word "hoagie" is my wife but then I looked at your location and it made sense, she grew up around Valley Forge. So now I'm craving Mack n' Mancko's pizza (ok, more NJ that Philly but close enough) and a hazelnut coffee from Wawa...As far as beer, I'll go with Birra Moretti or a Sam Adams. Although I'd take a nice Italian chianti over beer any day of the week. Mixed drink? screwdriver made with Stoli, hands down. Antonio
