Re: Broadjam Problems
I hold my hands up. I've been a bit keyboard happy. Some guy on here told me that he appreciated and looked up to people that have been on here longer than him, and I was one of them. Funny thing was though. He'd been on here longer than me. I've just done a lot more posts.

Re: Broadjam Problems
Have Broadjam and Taxi worked out how Taxi members are going to be able to retrieve their data from the Broadjam site yet? I'm referring to all the Taxi reviews and stuff, that I've paid Broadjam to store on their hard drives. I know enough not to wait any longer to ask about this. Both of my memberships expire in a couple of months. I don't want any surprises that I'm not going to be allowed to retrieve my own data that I paid for. Has anyone else been in this situation yet? And can you tell me how the 2 companies cooperated to satisfy you their customer. Was it One-Eye Willie, who posted something about this?

Re: Broadjam Problems
Hi Steve,My broadjam expired last week and i did not renew. I did ask Taxi this same question:Quote:Have Broadjam and Taxi worked out how Taxi members are going to be able to retrieve their data from the Broadjam site yet? i was told that Taxi will not be posting this info. If you email them and ask for a specific listing, they will send you your results, but I do not believe you will be able to scan your old critiques on the web any longer.Again, this is how i remember the phone conversation going, so i could have it a little off. but this is my understanding. Not the ideal answer, but sort of what i was expecting.Rob

Was it One-Eye Willie, who posted something about this?Broadjam cheerfully informed me that, on the date my Taxi membership ended, I would not be able to access my Taxi submission data, including critiques. I was advised to print off all the info I wanted as it would disappear, and renewing my Taxi membership would not change this. So I recommend you go to Broadjam and print off everything you want. If you miss something, Taxi will have a record of your submissions & critiques as well. As far as Taxi goes - you are their client until your last submission is heard... I'd contact them if your Broadjam membership expires and you've got submissions in the works.but.... I thought we'd all changed over to taximusic.com for hosting/submissions
