Nice track but the ending requested was Buttoned/stinger.
good luck.
I just listened to a bunch of "cuts" from your website. Gotta say I really enjoyed "Since You Left," "La Bodega," and "Playa Blanca." On the smooth jazz side I liked "Nightfall" and "Funky Phil" (A little surprised ya didn't spell it: "Phunky Phil." lol). Anyway, thanks for the comment, and your stuff is mega fresh and interesting. All the best, John Dale

Beautiful, consistent track! There's nothing wrong with the harmonies, reminiscent of Holst or Elgar in my opinion.
End with a "boom" at 1:56 instead of the softening direction it goes now. Or add a short coda to build back up to a climax?
Alan,
I went with your idea, though I don't know if you'd call mine a "boom," but I did change it to end very abruptly.

You're going in the right direction.
My opinion only, but the ending for such an epic piece needs to be BIG. When talking about trailer music, the composers call those punctuation points 'braams' I think? Just something to announce "I'm done!" to the audience. Nothing fancy, just emphatic.

Thanks, Alan. I'll see if I can come up with something before tonight's deadline.
Best!
