interesting / frightening discussion re: payments on downloads here:http://www.royaltyweek.com/issues/RW_Cu ... fcertainly can see in the future where, say, a tv show is no longer broadcast/performed but 'distributed', and as per the argument in the interview, no performance royalities therefore need be paid.perhaps it's a ways off... but as more people buy tv/video, the broadcast #s go down, so royalties go down...
