That is verra verra cool, musicliner. Matter of fact, I have been trying to find a way to embed other social media/music sites into my web page im designing with Rapidweaver... Its a cool program, but im slowly learning as i go.. Web design is a new world for me.. You wouldnt happen to be familiar with mac web design, or rapidweaver would you? Dont mean to hijack.

Besides, using WordPress, Joomla or any other CMS (content management system) frees you up from desktop HTML editors. In fact, all you need is a web browser, since all work is done directly on the server.

I'm not sure what you should use as the website name, but I don't see anything wrong with jazzstan.com. In my experience, a professional website will make you come off much better to A&R guys and people you want to sell your music too, as well as making fans. So I would say yes, a website can be important for potential placements. There is a lot of cool and easy programs out there, and if you go to www.myflashfetish.com you can find a easy way to publish a media player to your website.In a technical sense, I don't have any experience with creating websites, but I have made about 4-5 sites for my band, so you can check out the official site here: www.gustu.no there you will find the mp3 player I mentioned earlier.
