The ink is now dry on a 24 track deal that was the result of 2 tracks being forwarded for a Dispatch listing.
Back in Feb, there was a Dispatch listing for "LATIN INSTRUMENTALS in All Genres are needed by a NON-Exclusive, Major European Media Company for In-Store background music plays..." I had 2 instrumentals forwarded. Not long after, the library contacted me and let me know they were also looking for other genres in including singer-songwriter songs (my specialty!). So I ended up signing the 2 Latin instrumentals as well as 22 singer-songwriter songs.
Many of these tracks are co-writes with and/or productions by other Taxi members. If it wasn't for the forum and the rally which helped me build relationships with all these talented folks, the tracks wouldn't exist. And this deal is the DIRECT result of a Taxi Dispatch listing.
