Song off my first instrumental collection used twice!

Post by JohnnyP » Mon Sep 07, 2020 10:12 am

Just found out about this instrumental being used yesterday Sep 6th in a TV show in The Netherlands. They used both the A and the B section, 2 usages totaling 51 seconds. What makes this special to me is this was my first try at doing a complete instrumental collection by myself. 21 instrumentals in total took about 50 days and dropped last month. Also thanks to TAXI coz I met the library owner at the Road Rally. Thanks TAXI!

Congrats, yes sounds very licensable. Got a TV friendly happy vibe to it.

And you did 21 of these in 50 days ? That's really good going - I suspect we'll be hearing about more placements from this batch ! Good work.

Thank you Peter! This song was from my "CV19 lockdown" collection. Trying to put the downtime to good use!

Thanks Mark! I appreciate the nice words. Yep, in 50 days but I'll amend that to say I did use a bunch of ideas saved up on my iphone for the previous several months. I'm always humming or singing melodies into my voice memos. Never know when they'll come in handy! John
