The two songwriters recently re-signed their publishing deals with Combustion Music and are scheduled for a co-writing session together. Sampson, earning ASCAP and NSAI Song of the Year and ACM Single of the Year for “Jesus, Take The Wheel” (six weeks at No.1 in the US), brings a string of credits to the table including Faith Hill, LeeAnn Rimes, Jack Ingram and Keith Urban. Logen, who maintains a high profile in Nashville, recently completed a self-release with the aid of producer Joe West (Justin Timberlake, Jewel, Shakira) and, in addition to its much anticipated release in the new year, he is also scheduled for writing sessions with The Warren Bros. and Kyle Cook (Matchbox Twenty).About We Are ListeningWe Are Listening, a UK-based artist development group, created an international song contest in 2005 – The Singer/Songwriter Awards – to discover, promote and reward new music by unsigned artists.
