Hey, Mr. Ed...
"Spaghetti Western" comes with it some expectations, perhaps even boundaries. That stated: the composition, choices & arrangement of the textures all sound really fresh and original,
without sounding overly 'cliche' to the expectations; with great execution. A very enjoyable track that stands on its own. No wonder it got moved forward. CONGRATS!!
And a great title for the track, as well.
By the way - have you ever seen the Kevin Costner film "Open Range"? Shot mostly in Calgary (I think) - one of the best modern Westerns;
with a great score as well. And, if you get the DVD (free from your local library?) version:
the editor's cut version reveals a lot of 'behind the scenes' stuff that went into making the movie.
Cheers! And "Giddy-up, Cowboy!!"
Peter! thank you for such encouraging words! really grateful!
I'm not aware of Open Range, or any recent western movies. I have to confess that it's not my favourite genre
Having said that, I love Enio's work, and can't count the numbers of time I teared up listening to the Cinema Paradiso's score
I'll try to check this movie out! no promises
Thanks again

I Love it!!! Very well done. Can I ask, what plug-in you used for the singer? I'm assuming you you didn't sing it yourself, LOL.

I've heard a few Canadian-accent folks referring to the lead minister at a church as "The Pasta"...
I don't think any sauce or cheese was involved.

you can be surprised by what Melodyne can do Stubee!
joke aside, and if memory serves well it's an old cinesample choir library with solo singers

are you referring to the Flying Spaghetti Monster and Pastafarianism?
I don't think any sauce was involved too, but rather a sauce-R?
