Hello!
I'm curious as to what string & orchestral VST's people are using. I currently have EW Symphonic Orchestra Gold and I'm contemplating either an upgrade to Platinum or going with a different package altogether. I find that many of the instruments in EW Gold are unusable due to only one mic placement available, everything is too wet. Has anyone experienced this problem, upgraded to Platinum and happy with the mic variations?
I only have experience with EW, so any comparisons with EW to other orchestral VST's are certainly welcome and appreciated.
Thanks in advance for the input!!

Re: String/Orchestral VST Recommendations?
I am a Spitfire guy, I am just in love with the sound of AIR Studios, so it is the Symphony Orchestra collection, Albion ONE, Joby Burgess Percussions, and Hans Zimmer Percussions for me

Re: String/Orchestral VST Recommendations?
Thanks for your input! I've been doing more research on Hollywood Orchestra and hearing great things about it. I will definitely look into Spitfire as well.
