my prayers are with you.

focus on healing now.
Success is failure analyzed

Sometimes the truth feels good. Sometimes bad. But it's always good for us.

The world's greatest music was written without the technology we have today.

progressing slowly. Once I got my arm and fingers to move, I started having a lot of pain, muscle spasticity? But as I continue to
exercise the muscles, the pain has greatly subsided so that I can sleep better. I've continued losing weight, but that's primarily because my taste is off. It's very frustrating not to be able to use my left hand and fingers. Simple things like opening or cutting things is nearly impossible, so cooking is brutal.

Try this company's CBD oil - it reduces pain and inflammation. My doctor sells several of their products in his office, and I've ordered from them many times also!

I've used a few things like advil, tylenol arthritis, one of my mom's pain pills, the thing is the pain is not constant, and will go away when I do some exercises, it mainly came every hour or two when sleeping, I'd wake up and do some exercises. the funny thing is that loud startling noises, like a door slam, or the dog suddenly waking up and barking triggered some of the worst arm pain.

well, so far very minor changes. The pain has pretty much subsided, or at least has become tolerable enough I don't notice it. I've
driven a few times when necessary. Musically, I've been studying and focusing on a new direction. We'll see what happens. My taste is coming back a little, it may have been the diet soda that was messing with it. I haven't been as active on the forum lately,
of course I haven't been as active period.

I hope you can share your new musical direction...and wouldn't it be ironic if it turned out to be the most successful direction?

You seem to be moving forward...even if too slowly for your taste (ok, pun intended).

You have courage and stamina...thanks for the update.

PS: Can't hurt to give up diet soda (I don't drink any of that stuff).
