Summer hiatus

Post by hummingbird » Thu Jul 12, 2007 6:58 am

This isn't really BSP, just a little announcement.I'm off tonight for my summer break... where I will write copious songs with the guitar - hopefully some of them good (7 down, 43 to go in the 50-songs-in-90-days-songwriting challenge) - and lie on a cot in the yard & nap in the sleepy afternoons.... cook dinner once every three days... take the dog for morning walks... paint... spend time with my beloved Dad... and basically be in nature. Hope you have a good one! See you when I get back In the meantime, play nice, and be sweet to each other, okay?

My family and I are also gone as of tomorrow for 9 days, in case any of you miss my mischevious ways. Going camping in an air-conditioned park trailer beside the warmest fresh water lake in Canada. Christina Lake, close to Oliver, in BC.Likely gonna burn my bald head once or twice.

Steve, you're not supposed to stick your head in the campfire!! You both have a great time, sounds like a very relaxing vacation!Mazz

imagine if John Williams and Trent Reznor met at Bernard Hermann's for lunch and Brian Eno was the head chef!
