Sounds great, Dave! Definitely a place-able cue :)

I'm curious about the super-clean strum I hear, esp near the end. Is that a Mandolin? It draws my attention to it and I have to wonder (maybe that attention-grabbing not actually a good thing). But still I like it, I was just expecting it to take me on its own musical journey.

edit: on another listen, I hear that the bass is playing on those beats, too, like in the beginning. At the beginning it's feel like part of the ensemble, it fits better. It seems a little more exposed at the end, though. I don't know why I have that impression.

Hey Alan,
Thanks for the listen and impressions
Yes it is a Mandolin, I think I agree with you that it may be a little too prominent at the end
I may leave it as is and see how it flies on the submission
If that's the only thing that holds it back, there will be other opportunities down the line
Good to hear from you buddy!

Thanks, man! I'm hoping to get something together; swampy enough for this listing. I tend to "veer' from the listing, or so I'm told
