Three years of hard work

Post by pveniot » Thu Sep 09, 2021 4:19 pm

Hi all,

For three years now, I've been sending my music to production librairies, some through TAXI
And most via personnal contacts.
It is just a joy to see my music being played on these countries: Germany, Nederland, Us of A.
It is very satisfying to see that my hard work is being heard...
ok it's only on radio and TV stations,
it is not ''Fame'' but a bit of money in the banks! (Don't ask me how much, i don't know yet!!!)
Got about 100 cues here and there, 10 placements so far...

Persistence is the key, I guess...

Stay safe now

Pierre

Yes definitely. Keep writing, keep improving and keep searching for libraries that work best for your music.

I was also on 10 placements after 3 years - It was only after 5 years & almost 400 tracks that I found the library that has now got me the majority of my placements.

Congrats Pierre.
Just want to be clear about this, so in three years you have 100 cues signed and got your first placement?

.and yes it is a good feeling and not always about money and fame.

My first placement came after my 100th signed cue, yes.
Got about 10 placement now...
These are only from Tunesat detections, it could be more...
But I don't necessarily link both numbers
Fells good indeed...

Yup! Nothing like knowing a song or cue came from your head to the TV. For me, that's what it's all about! :D

Congrats, Pierre!
