God'll Cut You Down - WIP - feedback please
Hey all - Just lovin' these Black Key/White Stripe gigs.....lotta guitar fun. At any rate - - I'm wondering if my vox on this are balanced OK tonally against the thicker gtrs....I'm thinking of duckiing the big, thick gtr behind the vox but I also kinda like the dynamics of the gtrs - - however - I understand that the vox are supposed to take front stage on this one - so - -- - what do YOU hear that I have become deaf too? THX a bunch.

Hi Tim,
Get other opinions of course, but I would think the vocals in this should be a bit more up front. - Roger

THX Roger - I was kinda thinking the same thing. Gonna try *ducking* the gtrs behind the vox.

I like the concept here.
For me the vocal isn't too loud. It's more a case of the reverb is pushing it back in the mix during the chorus.
I would try making it less wet to bring it forward and add a little more of that thick grainy tone.
Subtle stuff.

Oh wow!
You've given it a lot more character for sure.
I really like it. Can't think of anything I would change.
