hey folks....I work with TAXI on post-Rally PR each year, and I could use a quote from anyone willing to offer one on their experience at the Rally...just simple 1-2 liner would suffice. We put together a panelist quote sheet each year and it's used on TAXI's website but would love to get a handful of member quotes too. Thanks!

This is a relationship business. I never really "got" that until I attended my first Road Rally six years ago. The Road Rally has helped me establish relationships with fellow composers and industry people that I never would have met otherwise, and those relationships have not only benefited my career, but have helped spawn lifetime friendships. I feel richer every year when I return from the Road Rally because of the deepening of friendships from the past and the new relationships that are born there. Being a composer can be a lonely life, and just knowing that my friends are out there doing the same thing makes me feel just a little less lonely. The panels and classes are awesome and are alone worth the trip, but for me, those relationships are what keep me coming back year after year. Spread out around the U.S. and Europe, we all meet together via Skype every two weeks to catch up, support and push each other towards our goals...
