Where is that darn plane?

It gets more bizarre everyday! My heart goes out to the poor souls on board
and their families.
Sad to say, I hope they were hijacked, only that it means maybe they're still alive?
It's not looking good for a good outcome though....sadly!

Can't ever give up hope, but sadly, it's extremely unlikely that the innocent folks on board are alive.
There are many theories as to what happened (too many and WAY too much conjecture by TV talking heads!!). One theory is that hijacker(s) wanted a plane to use later for evil purposes. As part of that, they may have caused the passengers to asphyxiate. Keeping 230+ folks quiet while they flew for 5-7 more hours would have been tough.
But can't assume anything. It's all unknown. Otherwise I'm as bad as the 24 hour a day talking heads on TV.
My heart goes out to the families affected. So sad.

I agree Casey, the "talking heads" are having a field day, don't mind if they "gots all the pertinents and such", but most don't!
Even more sad is, they have job security...with the way the world is today

Reminds me of Thunderball, but in that film, they diverted the plane for the atomic bombs it was carrying.
Can't see why they would hijack a plane just to crash it into the sea.
One thing's sure, a heck of a lot of planning went into it!
You never know what's going on behind the scenes. Seems the general consensus is that the Malaysian government know something we don't, and they're keeping it to themselves.
Here's hoping...

I suppose if the possibility exists that "terrorism" was involved, there's also a possibility that a terrorists' phone was on board and targeted by a drone. Just sayin'.

Would explain a cover up, but not the lack of widely scattered wreckage and passengers.
And in that scenario, the plane would still have been on it's original course. The wreckage
would have been found pretty quickly.
But was it found, and covered up? I wouldn't trust one government on this planet, but surely not!

Hey Dave, how's things across the pond?
I wonder if we'll ever know the truth....NOT!
Surely, a plane that big can't just land anywhere.
unreal to think a plane can go missing in this day and age.

You're TOO much of a techie Len

anything's possible though!
Why don't they ask the NSA, they're probably spying on the passengers right now
