Taxi Down during the submission deadline

So I had my eye set on a hip-hop instrumental listing for a label. I had been extremely busy with work this week and pieced things together as i could, knowing it would take me right up to the deadline of 5/29 at 11:59pm (I assume it's EST). So as I export my file at 10:45pm CST, I go to log in on Taxi.com and...nothing. The page wouldn't load. I tried the same thing from my phone using 4G instead of WiFi...nothing. I try some other sites and they load up fine. Taxi.com is down for what is the last possible window for me to submit. I called and left a message at the member's services line at 11:04pm CST to tell them what had happened. I figured at least they'd have the evidence of me having tried and contacted them about the problem.
To say the least, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. Will the staff allow me to submit past the deadline since the error was on Taxi's part?

fwiw: I was wondering about not being able to log-in last evening.
Figured the site was down, but didn't have confirmation from anyone else; until now.

TAXI will take care of you... Michael's main thrust is "do the right thing." Contact TAXI on Monday, and they will open those listings that expired while the site was down.

Hi all,
The HUGE server farm where our boxes reside had some big malfunctions last night and again today. Call us on Monday after 9 am PDT, and my staff will open the listings. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Seriously, Taxi always "makes it right" when stuff like this happens. Just make sure you contact them first thing Monday morning (PST)...

Yeah, I got "page not available" last night as well. Purely by coincidence, today I got a phone call from a gentleman with a marked Indian accent telling me he was with Microsoft Windows, that my computer had been infected with several viruses, and if I didn't get them cleaned out immediately, I would "never be able to use my computer again". And then he offered to help me clean out these viruses over the phone . . . all I had to do was go on my computer and he would walk me through the procedure . . .
