I've been working on making a template for my lyric writing using a mind map. I haven't found a way to make some of the hidden nodes visible to the pdf export, they open when the mouse hovers over them in the software. There's an image of a pen and pad??
I guess that's what it is, to show that there is something there, which is under "verse" //~~//, stress/unstress marks, and on the nodes like verse 1, is the actual text of the lyrics, and the end word is the word I need to rhyme, for example "you" on line 1, and "friend" on line 2, and then enter the results on line 3 and 4, and of course with a line in the lyrics node.
Poetry types and poetry feet are just references that I copied from other mind maps into the song template so I don't have to open other mind maps. So then if I think of something else and make a mind map, if it will help lyric writing, then I can just copy it into the template mind map, and it adjusts itself, and/or I can move it around where I want it.
So far these mind map things are so cool!
So easy and flexible too! I just thought to add web links to my favorite online rhyming dictionaries, lol! If you look at the bottom, you'll see 3 rhyming dictionaries. CTRL+K, then type url beginning with http://
so now I just figured out how to add web links.
