After going to the rally this year, I have learned how crucial and important it is to connect with one another and to establish community. I think we all need other people alongside us as we pursue our passions and careers. We have had a monthly hang in Nashville for 7 years or so.

It takes some leadership to get it up and running. Once it is up and running there is not a lot to do to keep it going.

It has been a very valuable experience for our group. It has been described as a mini Rally every month.

Hey Chuck! It was your talk at the Rally this year that inspired me to get a group going. Thank you also for taking time to talk to me afterward! I'd love to hear if you have any other suggestions for getting a group together. I posted this same message in the Collaboration Corner as well, but should I post in other sections of the forum?
