New to Taxi. Presentation and a question
Posted: Sat May 02, 2020 11:28 am
Hi guys!
I just recently signed up as a member and thought I´d introduce myself.
My name is Niklas, I´m a songwriter from Stockholm, Sweden. I´ve been writing songs for well over a decade now, and I thought it´s about time do do something other than having them collect dust on my hard-drive. So here goes!
I primarily write in the genres: singer/songwriter, blues, country and neosoul, soul and some rock. I´m also interested in co writers.
I´ve heard a lot of good things about TAXI, and I´m eager to develop my skills and of course to land a placement or two in the future ( fingers crossed!)
Now to my question:
I have made a submission to a listing and uploaded my track ,but I didn't´t make it public. What is customary to do when submitting songs? Is it ok to make it public before getting an answer on the listing, or does it ruin/ lower the songs chances of getting forwards since its´been out "in public" (even if the public only means available to taxi members)?
I´m looking forward to interact with you guys as I´m learning the ropes!
All the best and stay safe
