What to include on submissions?

Hi

I joined Taxi in September and this is my first post in the forum's so I'm not sure if this is in the right place.

I am fairly happy with my progress so far and have had 11 forwards in my first couple of months. I just wanted to check if I should be including anything on the submission form. So far I havnt added anything other than selecting the piece I am submitting. Should I be putting contact details etc or is this provided from my Taxi profile?

Sorry for the basic question, I just want to optimise the forwards.

Thanks in advance.

Jonathan

Hey Jonathan
You don't need to include much as long as you make sure your contact info is up to date on Taxi account. The worst is when someone changes their email address, stops looking at the old one, and then a client can't reach you. Taxi provides your contact info to the client with the forward.

Always include lyrics if it's a vocal song. If you upload mp3 to your Taxi page, it's a good idea to have song title, your name, phone number, and email address tagged in your mp3 file. (wav files won't hold that info). It's also best to have a good bio on your Taxi profile in case a client wants to learn more about you.

Oh, 11 forwards is awesome!! You're killing it!

Best,
:D Casey
