Hey this what my 1st year in here looks like
- 67 submissions in 10 months
- edit: 47 original tracks
- 37 forwards : 55.2% approval
- 3 signs w/ 2 companies
- 2 times feature in taxi website

I am in the business since 2012, have my regular libraries and some clients. But I wanted to expand my world and decided to try Taxi. Read a lot about it, watched the videos and knew from the start the road to grow my business was going to be long, similar amount of time that took me to be able to make a living with my music, 5-10 years

I am content with my Taxi results but life has changed a lot this last year (as the music business, it feels so crowded now) so I will not pursue this path anymore. The youtube content and the community are cool, I got some good feedback on my tracks and signed 3 tracks.
But the hustle is too much and I need to feed my family, have to focus 100% in the places where I can achieve that. So I'll keep working with my old customers and libraries and hopefully I can grow my relationship with the 2 small companies I signed thru Taxi.

No, I won't renew it, it ends this week. I thought that with that amount of approval I would get to know some new libraries, but it was not the case.
I'll stay with the old clients and keep working in my daily job.
The library scene is too crowded right now

My mistake was not starting with Taxi 5 years ago!

In advertising a 2% return is average, nothing special, but 3% or 4% is really something. You're pushing the envelope.

Sorry, I don't understand your message. 2% return on approved tracks? or 2% return on signs?

Having more approvals might bring more signs. But you only need 1 sign with the right person to create a long relationship of work

I think his TAXI stats are essentially as good as Matt van der Boegh's, back from when I remember his last update.

I think I joined taxi late, I should have done it earlier in my career.
