is there any way you can tell if someone has listened to a Disco playlist you have sent them from your Disco? (Boogie-oogie right? lol)

Yes I believe that is one of the features

I'm not sure if it will tell you specific listeners (basic version) but if you click on "Insights" on the left menu, you get stats such as number of accesses and streams. I assume that if your playlist stats go up, the party you sent it to has listened.
