The question isn't about acquiring weed: but the "2 Road Rally Tickets" perc awarded to the paid-up TAXI Member.
The QUESTION, I believe, is: can a CO-WRITING TEAM work under the one membership?

They used to just roll burritos, Casey... from what I've heard.

Anyone can submit as long as they are a co-writer on the track. So if one of you joins, they can submit anything they collab on, The other party does not need to join for that. HTH.
