When you can’t understand feedback

Just curious how you guys/gals deal with feedback you don’t understand. I got a return (no big deal in itself) in which what the screener liked was the “happy, good feel” but said I missed the mood of the listing which asked for “happy” & “upbeat”.
Screener also mentioned that my sub was a different “tonality” than the refs which was confusing to my musician brain because all refs and my sub were in a major key with similar instrumentation which is what I considered the music theory definition of tonality. What might this screener have meant by that term here?
Im really trying to learn but feel like I need a translator .
I think I would have been less confounded if they’d just said “not sure why but it just doesn’t work”
Anyone have any insight you’re willing to share?
