Hey,Yeah there's a few of us, but I think it's like 0.2% Hip Hop/RnB, 1.2% Electronic/Dance, 4.6% Rock/Pop and then 94% Country around these parts

Hey JunesFlow,I mainly do hip-hop and R&B/Pop R&B instrumentals and I've signed a number of tracks to a few different companies through TAXI. There are good opportunities out there for hip hop artists and producers, just make sure you don't overlook the film/television aspect of it. When you get a chance, watch america's next top model or pretty much any show on MTV...they are PACKED wall to wall with mostly hip hop style cues.-Steve

Hopefully, through Taxi, I can gain some extra income doing what I love!

Same here in hoosier land. Kids love teh rap, club owners think it leads to stabbings and shootings and generally bad publicity.

Yikes!....That's Indiana, right?Yeah, the Midwest is craaaazy----I love it!I have noticed that here in California, the police and city officials won't "smother" patrons at a party or scare party-goers with strip-searches and metal-detectors before going to party. It, in a sense, tells the patrons that they're trusted. It seems like back home, in Detroit, the officials are the first to arrive and last to leave a party....therefore treating the peeps like "kids", or "animals".JunesFlow is about...The Flow!!!I'm an artist, and although I grew up in a low to middle-class neighborhood--complete with violence and the whole shibbang--I'm inspired by everyday life and U can hear it thru my music. Peeps...GIVE HIP-HOP A CHANCE!...OBAMA too!
