Not noticing many members linking to Taxi profiles

I noticed that a lot of members on here do not link to the music on their Taxi profiles. Is there something I don't know? Thanks! I'm new here so just trying to understand the forum culture.

Then Taxi changed the player on the Taxi profile, and I got fed up with a) trying to figure out how to direct link to a song, and b) some people not being able to play my music no matter what I did. I was always posting a TAXI link and a link to it somewhere else so that everyone could hear it. So I just link somewhere else now if I'm posting for feedback or to announce forwards, etc. It's easier. I only use my TAXI site for submissions.

I think taxi pages function very well as a vehicle for submissions. But, as of right now, they aren't the best overall music page for songwriters and artists as a general tool.Adding a painless way to create a reliable link to a single song would be a big plus-- I hope they are working on it. Casey
