I agree, Tim Ferriss is great. I love both of his books. Try his kettlebell idea (from the 4-Hour Body), it worked for me

I knew this. I've been telling people for years and years that, great though Eddie's talents may be, he'd have gone nowhere, without David Lee Roth. Prior to reading this, I might have cited examples such as his insistence that the band parachute into a number of stadium shows, or his idea for raising money to promote local shows by painting house numbers on curbs, (look it up, if you don't believe me) I've known about the brown M&Ms for decades, but I'm not at all surprised that they served a purpose; if you're gonna conquer the known rock'n'roll world, you'd better have a really good plan.

Oh, and not for nuthin', DLR was born and raised in Indiana.
