What is the cheapests way to get tickets printed for shows. Anyone have any experience with this?

Depends upon how many you want. We needed 300 for an event, and so I got a design online that I liked, whipped something up with Photoshop, and I printed them myself at Kinko's (got 12/page for .89/page). But I'm a do-it-yourself kind of gal. A quick google search for "print event tickets" shows some reasonable prices: $35-55 for 1000 tickets https://www.kwiktickets.com/raffleevent ... YOu can buy rolls of tickets from a stationary store.

Ticketprinting.com is pretty good (I've used them for several events and have always been pleased). Their prices are slightly higher than some, but there is a also little secret that a couple people have informed me of. On the checkout page for any product there is an entry box for a "nonprofit code." This is where nonprofits can enter their code to get a 10% discount. But, you do not have to have a valid code to get the discount. You can just make up any code you want and it will work! Who knows how long this will last, but for now it's a nice plus.

Thanks for the tips you guys. I ended up going with ticketprinting.com. Thanks to their "nonprofit discount" (which worked perfectly, thanks underusher!) they ended up being cheaper than KwikTickets.
