Hi, i just signed up here and would like to introduce myself and give a little info for anyone who cares My name is Matt and i live in lovely Northern Ca. i have been a guitar player since before i was 10 but have recently started to write songs for the band I am in. Although the band has strayed from the western sound we originally had in mind and gone to a sort of pseudo cowboy punk thing I am still writing many more mellow, slow songs. Our band has a myspace if anyone is interested in listening I will post it in the myspace thread. I am a traveller and many of my travels are documented on my personal space at www.myspace.com/saintgeorgeamp many of these trips and the experiences I have had make for great song material and i hope to develop my skills and get the songs in me out.Thanks, Matt
