gunter, well said - I also already learned a lot from matto and a few other members here.It's sad that very few individuals are simply not objective and not willing to think self-critical about their work, about their comments etc.I think if someone is not able to post in objective words and because of his/her own lack of success (or any other reason) needs to attack other posters on a personal level, they just hurt the general rules of ALL message-boards I currently know, and I saw at least one board get closed because of such post's - very sad.So just treat each other with respect - discussions can be hard, but need to be objective.

I am a rookie in the biz, and I just soak up everything the more experienced hands post. It's how I learned to be a machinist, carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc. Only an idiot doesn't listen to the voice of experience.
