Hi I'd like to share some good news! I few weeks ago I sent in a CD to a West Coast music library with a track record... YIPPEE! They offered me a non-exclusive agreement whereby we split the upfront license fees and they own publishing for that usage only... As you have read elsewhere, many libraries re-title your song and act as the publisher only for the re-titled version... So they collect the publisher's share for what they place while leaving the artist completely free to pitch elsewhere. Wooooheeeee! Casey
