I've had forwards on several TAXI direct to supervisor listings. I generally refrain from pitching these forwarded tracks for library deals for a while after the forward. I'm trying to determine a reasonable amount of time to let these tracks stay on the sideline.

Would anyone who has landed a placement from one of these listings be willing to share: how long after the forward did the placement happen?

I understand the low percentage nature of forwards. I've had some forwards result in deals and plenty of forwards result in crickets!

I had one licensed by an indie feature film and it was a pretty fast turnaround, I think within a week or so but I imagine, as with all things in this biz, it can vary greatly. Good luck, hope you nail it!

It's very hard to answer since in can vary from days to many months.

My opinion is never stop pitching until you have a deal. And many library deals do not conflict with direct to sup pitches. Terms vary but certainly non-exclusive deals are no conflict and some exclusives are only exclusive as far as other LIBRARIES.

It's also important to keep in mind that direct to sup listings are often ultra high bar so odds of a contact are smaller than for a library listing. So, waiting a long time before pitching tracks elsewhere is probably not the best way to go.
