Strange happenings with my PRO account

Just wondering if anyone has experienced these things before.
Happy to be getting more and more placements, but I don't understand how they keep all this info straight.

First, I happened to discover that 30 + songs of mine were incorrectly registered to another writer with a similar name.
How long it had been that way, I could never get an answer and it took over 3 months to get them corrected.
Did I miss payments? Did they go to someone else?
And that was the 2nd time that has happened to me.
Do yourself a favor and do a search of your name and/or titles. Scary.

Also I'm just now getting cue sheets for placements that occurred 2 years ago...?
Someone must have screwed something up somewhere, but I've never seen payments for those on my quarterly.
Also getting cue sheets for songs that, as far as I know (my account) are not registered by the pub who signed them...?

I'm starting to wonder how many placements I've (may have) had that were not accounted for correctly and how could one ever keep track of this mess?
