New Listing but Same Library?? How to avoid duplicates?

I'm running into a situation where every once in a while I'll get a forward on a listing and I'll find out that the company who ran the listing is one that I'm already signed with. For instance, there is a listing asking for outdoors/nature type instrumentals (#Y131210IN) and I already work directly with a music library (who I signed with from a previous Taxi listing - Thanks Taxi!) asking for a very similar material. How do I know that this company isn't running a Taxi listing looking for more of the same thing?
I understanding that Taxi doesn't want to make public who the clients are but is there a way to protect Taxi Members from submitting to listings for companies we already work with? It's a waste of our time and money plus it wastes the time of the music supervisor if my music gets forwarded to them through Taxi and they already have it from me directly. It could make Taxi look like they are recycling the same old material back to them instead of giving them the fresh music they are needing.
I emailed this question to Taxi but I wanted to see if anyone has experience with this and/or can offer possible solutions. Thanks!
