Can anyone point me towards a good one. Seems I came across one written by John Braehny. Also, does anyone know in general if libraries like to have a copy of the work for hire, or so they trust you to keep one on file?

I haven't used one myself yet, but I have heard the one in Robin Frederick's books referenced several times if you have a copy.

The one from John Braheny is a good one AFAIK (non lawyer speaking). You can edit certain parts to your own needs.

I always make sure I have WFHs signed just in case a library or music sup asks (or the concern ever comes up). It would suck to lose a deal because you don't have one.

So far, I only had to show copies to one library. However, with more and more pitches through Taxi that are direct to sup, I never know if I'll be contacted directly by a sup who asked for this. One can home for this good "problem" to have!

Some libraries ask for a copy of the WFH agreement, and some have their own version that they would like you to use.

It's good, and pretty easy, to get signed WFH agreements for everything you produce.
