Taxi Family,

I am so glad I learned about Taxi. Like many, our first submission was not accepted but we will learn from it.

We released a jazzy and soulful sounding Children's Album (Kidz Play Vol. 1)
and need your advice for pitching it to the likes of Disney, Fisher Price etc.

What is the best way to get our material in front of some of the big players in Children's Music?

We have a good following so far and we are also donating a portion of proceeds to Operation Smile.

I don't know how often children's music is asked for by a listing - some of the other members would be better suited to answer that.

But if your target market is in the corporate children's show world and/or advertisers for toy manufacturers - I recommend looking into associations, trade shows and conferences for those folks. And budgeting attending one or two of those a year. Nothing beats in person marketing.
