Placement In TV Series

Had a track forwarded to a music supervisor. Received an email today requesting my PRO info so that it can be placed on his cue sheet(s) for a tv series. I registered the track with ASCAP and replied with my ASCAP name, member # and info (100% ownership, no other writers, performers or publishers).
Should I expect some type of contract or agreement from the music supervisor? Or will the cue sheets and track registration serve as the only agreement needed?
Thanks for any insight.

They can't put it on the show without your signature on a contract. The way it sounds, they need the info in order to send you the contracts with the info filled out.
Hang in there, everything is going as planned.

Thanks Russ. Will wait to hear back from the music supe.
I see you are from Ohio. Me too.
I plan to attend the rally in November. Perhaps we can meet if you are going.
Much appreciated.

My wife would shoot me if I chimed in on that! (she's a UC and Michigan fan)
Wen (here in the forums sometimes) is in Columbus. And Kyle Knicely (here in the forums sometimes) is in Cleveland. And Paul Otten (here in the forums sometimes) is in Cinci.
Seems like there are a few more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.
Ohio is well represented.

They will probably need you CAE/IPI # as opposed to your member #. Just a heads up.

Thanks all for your comments and "heads up". Will get that info to them.
Russ...don't risk injury from your wife over a "go bucks":) I did meet Paul O a couple of years ago at the rally.
Keep writing!
