The listing says non-exclusive, but....

...it then goes on to say not to submit anything that is already signed to another library or publisher. Is that a typo? What am I missing?

U150922FR. Of course, it goes without saying that you would not submit anything that was signed to an exclusive Deal, but this still struck me as odd.
