Spotify notification of compulsory license

Has anyone gotten mail from Spotify with a notice to obtain a compulsory license for their music on behalf of a record label and artist? The music they are interested in is something that might have been on my SoundCloud page a few years ago. It was never forwarded by taxi. SoundCloud is the only way someone may have heard it.
The label does exist and the artist has released recordings for the label in the past. Just couldn't imagine the notice coming from Spotify instead of the record label.

Today I got another notice this one looks just like the other but came in an envelope with the hfa logo (Harry Fox Agency). There appears to be some money coming my way. Thanks Michael. The taxi brief requesting music for a luxury car commercial years ago fueled (pun intended) the inspiration for the music.

Hmmm... let us know if the surprise is a good one; sounds like it could be an early Christmas present...?

I just got one yesterday, too. Trouble is, it's not my song. Already contacted Spotify about it trying to get it sorted out.

I got one earlier and meant to do something about it, but I misplaced it. Is there a website where we can go for more information?
