Can I do This?

I wrote a song with music & lyrics which I have been submitting to music libraries. I have also submitted just the music to libraries who are interested in just instruments. I have given them each a separate title and have registered them separately with BMI . I have a license opportunity for the instrumental version. Is there any issues with how I set this up? Before I sign any agreements I want to make sure I'm doing this correctly. Thanks for all input!!
