Should I follow up?

Soooo I signed a couple of tracks exclusively to a library at the end of last year. They're now in their catalog and available for purchase online, but they still aren't registered with my PRO.
I'm still a bit green at this part—I've heard libraries can take a while to register. What's a normal time frame? Should it be done by this stage? What are the whole ins-and-outs of that process anyway?!

I asked this same question privately awhile back and I was told to wait a few months at least, but if I didn't see anything show up after 6 months to follow up. Sure enough, they started showing up after a few months. It can take time, a lot of pubs will do batch registrations - they'll wait until they have a bunch and then just do them all at once. Otherwise they'd be registering daily. Totally up to you how long you want to wait of course

I signed several tracks exclusively back in 2010. They were finally registered last year, 2017. Some libraries seem to register things as a matter of course, others register when the track is used. I leave it up to them.

I would leave them alone. Most of the libs I'm with only register when the pieces are going to get used.
Write. Submit. Forget. Repeat.

If the tracks are online and available to clients, then don't stress the PRO registrations not being there. The company won't get paid for a cue until those tracks are registered, so when a track ultimately gets placed you can bet they'll be registering them asap. But until then there's really no need for the registration, as it's only real purpose is to get you paid after a placement. Without placements (yet), it's not a big deal. Let sleeping dogs lie for now. All will be taken care of in time!

+1 to "Don't worry about it. Don't bother them".
Some libraries register everything shortly after signing the tracks. Others only when there is very serious interest or an actual placement.
Best and Congrats!
