Hi everyone,
One of my instrumentals was purchased at Amazon and I looked up the company -it appears to be a legit media company.
The track is registered at BMI.
Don't they have to have me sign the track b4 using it?

So it was an mp3 download from the Amazon site?
I can't imagine this would be for a placement, as they know they have to sync the piece from the owner with an agreement.
Put the piece on Tunesat and just see if a placement comes up. If it does then you can contact them as ask what they are playing at.
