Soundexchange

Now that I'm actually starting to get some airplay, I'm getting ready to sign up with Soundexchange. Here's my question though to some of your more experienced folks: Does/can it interfere at all with exclusive or non-exclusive library deals? I thought I might have read somewhere that some have opted out of having them collect international royalties because of a possible conflict. Then again, I could be mistaken.
Anyway, any suggestions or caveats? And I understand that if anyone replies, I'm talking to non-lawyers who are not dispensing legal advice.
