Disappearing cue sheets (ASCAP)?

Hi taxi folks,
Anybody ever had cue sheets disappear from their online accounting? ASCAP has been having database problems lately, but that had taken the form of catalog either being all there or all not there. Today I logged in and there were a couple of cue sheets missing for some reason, but not the oldest or newest. Weird! It probably will work itself out but just wondered if anyone else has seen this happen.
cheers all

Hey Desire - did they ever come back or did they just stay gone? Yes, ASCAP has DB issues for sure.

Sometimes they do, but one of the issues is that cue sheets will get filed under the title of a show. Sometimes a change in the title will have two sets of cue sheets and then ASCAP will combine them.
Example:
America’s Got Talent - 2 episodes
America’s Got Talent (Season 3) - 3 episodes
This will get changed to:
America’s Got Talent - 5 episodes
ASCAP changes stuff often. I don’t know why either. But I do know that some placements are intentionally not paid out. Placements that do it fall within the ASCAP survey will not pay, even with cue sheets filed in your Member Services profile.

Just FYI, FWIW: all my cue sheets are now back. Like you said, Desire, they consolidated some episode cue sheets into show seasons. And yes, some of them I have never gotten a pay out from - not that it would be huge, but every little bit counts.
