Howdy,
I have a friend that has picked 6 cues for his YouTube channel
We're going to make it a non-exclusive deal
Anyone have advice on the ins and outs of such a deal?
Thanks!

How does YouTube pay/track royalties?
Or do they?

I don't have answers, but as a Peanut Gallery 'looky-loo' - I'm interested in the answers you get.
Here's to success with this opportunity!

Hi Peter,
We agreed on a non-exclusive deal, 6 cues at $50 each
He can use the cues as many times as he likes
A friend had a copy of a Publisher's License agreement, I modified it a bit to fit this situation
So now I'm the Publisher and the Artist, a situation I did not expect
And learning the basics of publishing....I guess

Hey Andre,
Yes, this helps
I am registered with Sound Exchange, but I think I need to register my music with them?
I'll research, thanks again!
