Using "roars" from kids at a daycare/preschool?

The "roars" at the end of this were recorded when performing this song at a private daycare/preschool. Any idea whether there might be a problem using these in a song submitted to a children's label? We're thinking of this for #S221023CH (FUN, POSITIVE CHILDREN'S SONGS with Male or Female Vocals are needed by the Top Executive of an International Children's Record Label)

T-Rex

It will limit an Editor in usage unless it can be edited out of the mix

I was taught a good rule early in my Taxi membership..."No Foley" period.

The roars are a total non-issue because this recording is nowhere near the bar for this listing which is extremely high. Read every word of the listing and listen very carefully to the reference tracks.

... Instrumentation in the general ballpark of the references (and others like them) will work best for this request. Please be sure your production is polished and any virtual sounds or samples you use are high-quality and modern. Top your submissions off with compelling, well-performed vocals and you could have just what this Label is looking for!

Your recording quality needs to be clean, clear, and well-balanced so that it represents your Songs well...

NOTE: We're going to be very selective when screening material for this request. This company has a high bar, and we want their first encounter with TAXI to be a very positive experience! Please submit your very best material!

I don't see the listing but I assumed this was just a rough take to get the idea down. I think it would need to be way more polished than this for even a regular bar.

FUN, POSITIVE CHILDREN'S SONGS with Male or Female Vocals are needed by the Top Executive of an International Children's Record Label. This company is distributed by a Major Label!

NOTE: This Executive is BRAND NEW to requesting music from TAXI, so this is a great new chance to get your Songs heard by a Top Children's Label, as well as for him to get to know you and your music!

This Executive is on the lookout for Mid-to-Up Tempo Songs in the general wheelhouse of the following references:

"Like a Dinosaur" by Wonderpop https://youtu.be/R5tRdYEe9dE

"Funky Elephant Walk" by YolanDa Brown https://youtu.be/EpXd7SDtYdQ

"Aliens" by Andy And The Odd Socks https://youtu.be/aSjg1nQWupA

"Get Up and Dance" by L.O.L. Surprise! https://youtu.be/7S-399Sm6j4?t=13

Your submissions should have catchy, sing-along melodies; simple, yet well-crafted lyrics geared towards children and younger audiences (NO profanity please!); and danceable, captivating rhythms. Instrumentation in the general ballpark of the references (and others like them) will work best for this request. Please be sure your production is polished and any virtual sounds or samples you use are high-quality and modern. Top your submissions off with compelling, well-performed vocals and you could have just what this Label is looking for!

Your recording quality needs to be clean, clear, and well-balanced so that it represents your Songs well. Do NOT copy the referenced examples in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a general guide for texture and tone.

NOTE: We're going to be very selective when screening material for this request. This company has a high bar, and we want their first encounter with TAXI to be a very positive experience! Please submit your very best material!

The specific deal points will be handled on a case-by-case basis between you and the Label. You must own or control your Master and Composition to submit to this opportunity. Please submit as many Songs as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PDT) on Sunday, October 23rd, 2022. TAXI # S221023CH

OK - HUUUGE difference - ref tracks sounds like polished studio tracks. T-Rex track sounds very much like a scratch demo

Also - Uses the same subject matter as one of the refs, whereas I think a smarter move would be to do something different.
