From a new listing:
This Company offers a NON-EXCLUSIVE 3-year representation deal. You'll split any sync fees 50/50. You will also KEEP 100% of the Writer's Share, 100% of the Publisher's share, and 100% of the Master Recording. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to pitch for this opportunity. Please submit as many Songs as you'd like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PST) on Sunday, January 21st, 2024. TAXI # S240121MA
Just wondering if this might be a mistake? Seems like the library isn't getting any of the backend?

Yeah, seems like it could be a typo mistake in the listing. Or, it could be that this company targets things with high dollar upfront sync fees which don't have much backend. Maybe the give they writer 100% of the publisher's side of backend royalties because they don't expect there to be too many, while they might take their pub end of those large sync fees? I dunno though..... my guess is more on "typo" than anything! Call in to Taxi to find out first, if you're thinking of submitting to this one, just to be sure.
