Major (record) label, production music branch.pros and cons

As the title suggests, I've been contacted by one of those big sharks

Does any of you guys have experience working with production music through major label and if so, what are your experiences?

Yes I have a lot of experience with the majors. I've done work for two of the biggest.

I thought they were brilliant. Very involved. High standards. The pay has been exceptional and still to this day pays substantial amounts each year.

I really can't think of any cons.
